Biography
James’s role is to lead Learning Media’s services in health and wellness education. He is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth through effective relationship management and delivery of services.
James joined Learning Media in January 2009 from Barbican Publishing. He is an experienced publisher, relationship manager, and key account director in both the public and private sectors.
James has an intimate knowledge of developing effective (and engaging) health education resources and was actively involved in the development of Rauemi Atawhai: A Guide to Developing Health Education Resources in Aotearoa.
James is passionate about increasing health literacy and reducing health inequalities. James has networked across the health sector and has extensive contacts. He is adept at developing strategic and co-operative partnerships to benefit current and future clients and establishing new opportunities.
James aims to ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and delivery of services.
